About the event

We are delighted to announce that applications are now open for our environmental leadership summit. Sponsored by RenewableUK, the summit will take place this November and is open to prospective parliamentary candidates.
The day-long summit, with spaces available to stay overnight, offers prospective parliamentary candidates the opportunity to learn more about environmental policy debates and conservative, market-led solutions. Sessions will discuss the economic case for net zero and nature restoration, and the latest opinion polling on environmental issues. Each session will be led by members of the CEN team, and guest speakers will include CEN MPs, green businesses, and polling and environmental experts.
The summit will be a chance to meet fellow prospective parliamentary candidates and there will be a networking dinner and drinks reception for attendees. There are spaces available to stay overnight, with breakfast served the following morning, which will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
The summit will take place in London on Saturday 4 November 2023. It is free to attend, and attendees' accommodation and meals will be covered.
Attendees are expected to fund their own travel to and from the venue.
We will be allocating spaces on a rolling basis and applications will be closing at midday on Wednesday 25th October so please apply as soon as possible.
