About the event
At the general election the Conservative Party saw their vote collapse amongst people under 65, and in both the “blue wall” and the “red wall”. How can the party win these people back and appeal to a broad coalition of voters so they are seen as the government in waiting by the time of the next general election?
Undoubtedly, a credible, yet bold environmental agenda will help the party rebuild and hold the new Labour government to account. The environment underpins so many issues that matter to voters, from the economy to immigration, and polling consistently shows environmental action is popular with many of the voters the party lost at the general election.
